【Cancellation Policy 】

Cancellation between 3 days and 1 day in advance: 50% of the course fee or 10,000 yen per room. Cancellation on the day of the event or without permission: 100% of the course fee or 20,000 yen per room. *For groups of 10 or more people: December 14th to 8 days in advance: 30% of the course fee. January to December: 7th to 4 days in advance: 50% of the course fee. 3 days to 1 day in advance: 70% of the course fee. Cancellation on the day of the event or without permission: 100% of the course fee. Changes in the number of people can be made up until 9 pm the day before (excluding Sundays and closed days).
