【Cancellation Policy】

[For course reservations] A cancellation fee of 100% of the course price (per reservation) will be charged for cancellations made after 9 PM the day before your visit.

[For reservations for seats only] A fee of 20,000 yen (per reservation) will be charged for cancellations made after 9 PM the day before your visit.

For group reservations, we limit the selection to one main dish.Please note.Cancellation Policy 3 to 1 day prior: 50% of the course fee or 10,000 yen per room used. On the day of the reservation or no-show: 100% of the course fee or 20,000 yen per room used. *For groups of 9 or more: 14 to 8 days prior: 30% of the course fee 7 to 4 days prior: 50% of the course fee 3 to 1 day prior: 70% of the course fee On the day of the reservation or no-show: 100% of the course fee Changes in the number of people are accepted up to 9pm two days prior.(Excluding Sundays and regular closing days) *Please note that regulations differ in December and January, so we will contact you by phone or email for details.
