【Cancellation Policy】

[For course reservations] 100% of the course fee (per reservation) will be charged from 9:00 PM on the day before your visit.

[If you only reserve a seat] A fee of 20,000 yen (per reservation) will be charged from 9:00 PM on the day before your visit.

Group reservations are limited to one main dish.Please note.Cancellation policy: 3 to 1 day prior: 50% of the course fee or 10,000 yen per room. Cancellation on the day or without permission: 100% of the course fee or 20,000 yen per room. *For groups of 9 or more, 14 to 8 days prior: 30% of the course fee. 7 to 4 days prior: 50% of the course fee. 3 to 1 day prior: 70% of the course fee. Cancellation on the day or without permission will incur a 100% charge. Changes to the number of people accepted up until 9 pm 2 days prior to the date.(Excluding Sundays and regular closing days) *Please note that regulations differ in December and January, so we will contact you by phone or email for details.
